What are the dates for Gulf Print & Pack 2026?

Gulf Print & Pack will take place from 12 - 14 January 2027. 

Will the event take place at the Dubai World Trade Centre?

Yes, the event will take place at Dubai World Trade Centre.

Will the event be the same size?

We are expecting over 300 exhibitors and participants from 100 countries.

Are there changes to payment terms?

Payment terms remain unchanged.

If my stand design has already been reviewed and I have received a Permission to Build from DWTC, do I need to re-design or re-submit my design?

Exhibitors that have submitted their designs and received the Permission to Build will have it transferred to the new dates, provided the design remains unchanged.

Will the official contractors transfer my orders over to the new dates (Excludes Freight)?

We will work closely with our official contractors and make every effort to ensure that your orders are transferred to the new dates.

Freight

We understand that the rescheduling of the event may impact arrangements for equipment currently in Dubai or en route. We recommend contacting your freight forwarder or logistics provider as soon as possible to discuss the best course of action for your specific situation.

Will the third-party contractors transfer my orders over to the new dates?

We recommend contacting them directly to discuss rescheduling your arrangements to align with the new event dates.

I have already booked accommodation/transfers through the Official Hospitality Partners HotelMap – how can I change my booking?

If you have booked your hotels through HotelMap, our recommended accommodation partner, please contact their customer service team and they will assist you in changing your booking.

booked my hotel/transfers through a third party or directly with the hotel - how can I update my booking?

If you have booked through a third party or directly with the hotel, we recommend contacting the third party directly with the official statement from Gulf Print & Pack. Should you need accommodation or transfers for the revised dates, you can book directly with our team. We offer special rates through our hotel partners during our events. Travel

I have already booked my flights for Gulf Print & Pack in 2026.
