Durst, Gulf Craft and Giffin Graphics celebrate the successful installation of the first DURST RHOTEX 325 in Qatar.
The deal was finalized at the beginning of 2020 but the machine was delivered and stored during Covid-19 restrictions. The machine is now up and running to the customer's satisfaction and expectation.
Gulf Craft is no stranger to the performance of Durst equipment. With the latest Durst Rhotex 325 addition, the company can serve the market with the state of the art technology.
With the Rhotex 325, Durst introduces in the 3.2-meter printer a dual-purpose printing system that combines direct-to-textile printing with dye-sublimation transfer printing technology. Depending on the application and fabric, this printing system can alternate between paper transfer and direct printing on polyester-based materials quickly.
This is possible, thanks to the new Durst WTS printhead technology, that can achieve high-quality print using water-based dispersion inks for various printing materials and reaches a printing speed of up to 390 square meters an hour.
The robustly built Rhotex 325 is equipped with an integrated hot air dryer, automated nozzle cleaning system, and additional features for 24/7 production.
In a public post, Gulf Crafts said, ‘We would like to thank Giffin Graphics for their support in making our plans move forward with the delivery, installation and provision of their knowledge to train our team in operating and maintaining the new printer.’
