Registration Questions

How can I register for an event as a visitor?

Once registration is live, you can register on the show website by clicking on the 'Register Now' button located at the top right of the website homepage. 

Can I register my colleagues?

You can register for your colleagues but will need to provide all of their details. There is no group booking functionality, so each person needs to be registered individually.

Can I register onsite?

Yes, but to avoid unnecessary delays we strongly advise to pre-register. Online registration will remain open until the end of show.

How much does it cost to visit the show?

Gulf Print & Pack is a free to attend event, you just need to register via the website before arriving onsite.

Please note: No one under the age of 18 is allowed to attend Gulf Print & Pack. 

How can I apply for a visa letter?

If you need a visa to enter Dubai, you may be asked for an invitation letter confirming that you are attending Gulf Print & Pack 2026. We are happy to provide invitation letters to registered visitors. 

If you require an invitation letter, please register for the event first. After the registration is complete, you will receive an email with a link to apply for your invitation letter. We are unable to issue invitation letters to anyone who has not registered for the show.

I haven’t received my confirmation email?

We will resend this to you, please email GulfPrintPackCS@informa.com your full name and email address. 

What’s your admissions policy?

Gulf Print & Pack 2026 is open to trade visitors over the age of 18 only. Everyone needs a badge issued by the show organizers to enter. 

Badge holders must not allow their badges to be worn by anyone else. Anyone attending may be asked to show a form of photo ID. 

The organizers reserve the right to exclude or remove anyone from GPP 2026.

Official photographers will be taking photographs during the show, which may include photos of anyone attending. The organizers may use these for the purpose of marketing future Gulf Print & Pack events.

Where do I pick up my badge?

Badge collection will be in the entrance to Sheikh Saeed Hall 1.

Is it open to the public?

No. Gulf Print & Pack 2026 is open to business professionals and industry only; business card proof is required. No under 18’s are allowed entry.

Where can I book accommodation?

Special rates are exclusively available from our official housing service provider, Elevate Tourism LLC, using HotelMap. Please note that Elevate Tourism LLC is the ONLY OFFICIALLY RECOMMENDED and authorized hotel reservations agent. Please beware of any other third-party convention housing agents who may solicit your business, charge more and may not honor your reservation when the time comes.

Which Metro stop is closest to DWTC?

The station ‘Dubai World Trade Centre’ (number 22) is on the Red Line within Zone 5. Trains run every 7 minutes and with options such as Park and Ride or feeder buses connecting various neighbourhoods to the metro.

Using the metro not only saves you time and reduces traffic on the roads, but also lowers our carbon footprint, which helps us work towards a greener environment.

Friday: 14:00 to midnight

Will there be parking available?

If you’re travelling by car, DWTC has direct access from the city’s main highway, Sheikh Zayed Road. Within the DWTC complex, take advantage of the extensive multi-storey parking facilities for around 5,000 cars. View car parking map.

Both paid and free parking is available. Free outdoor parking areas are located off D86 - Al Sa’ada Street, close to the Convention Gate entrance as well as additional parking near the Za’abeel entrance.

DWTC also provide dedicated VIP and valet parking at the main entrance gates, this is at an additional cost. 

Is there a Taxi point?

Metered taxis across the city are easy to find, well-regulated, clean and comfortable. Those that prefer to, can opt for ladies-only taxis driven by women. The taxi rank is located next to the ibis hotel at Exhibition Plaza.

Venue Questions

Is there WiFi within the exhibition hall?

You can access DWTC complimentary WiFi service in all public areas except the halls. To start, look for a network labelled ‘Free-WiFi’, then complete the simple registration form. This service is available for a maximum of two hours and only applicable for devices operating on 5GHz frequency.

Will there be security within the exhibition hall?

Yes, the hall is manned by security, and all visitors will be subject to security checks onsite.

Are there catering outlets at the venue?

Yes, there will be a variety of catering outlets at the exhibition offering a wide range of refreshments, open from 8:00am – 22:30pm. Visitors are not allowed to bring their own food and drink into the halls and will have to use the venues in-house caterers.

Will there be a cloakroom at the venue?

No, the DWTC does not have cloakrooms. 

Is there a Lost and Found?

Although personal property is not the responsibility of the Dubai World Trade Centre or Informa, a dedicated office for lost items operates 24/7. The office can be reached by calling +971 4 306 4600, and reasonable proof of ownership will be required for any items upon collection.

DWTC and Informa are not accountable for caring for and protecting any items left behind.

Are there cash machines onsite?

Several ATMs are available around the venue, and an Emirates NBD bank branch is in Concourse 2.

There is also a currency exchange onsite at, Al Rostamani Exchange, can be found in Concourse 2.

Can I rent a wheelchair?

Wheelchairs are free of charge and can be borrowed from four of DWTC information desks. The desks are located at the Convention Gate, the Exhibition Gate, Hall 1, and from the Emergency Medical Services station next to Hall 5.

Where is First Aid located?

DWTC emergency medical services (EMS) station is located in the main concourse between Halls 4 and 5.  DWTC qualified pre-hospital care team can provide primary responses for various medical situations.

The EMS team is available from 08:00 to 22:00 during build-up and tear-down and an extra hour before and after event timings.

Are there prayer rooms available?

Prayer rooms are available for males and females and can be found on the 2nd floor of Shiekh Rashid Hall.

Are there any pharmacies in the area?

There are Life Pharmacy outlets available in Concourses 1 & 2.
